LoveGoBuy spreadsheet pants: fit before price
The pants edit includes shorts, sweatpants, jeans and cargos, so a single size rule will not work across the page. Use the product cards to narrow the style, then compare the seller’s waist, hip, rise and leg measurements. If those numbers are missing, ask before paying; a model photo does not reliably predict the fit on you.
In this saved selection, 12 of 12 listings show a positive source QC photo count. This indicates listed photos, not a verified inspection of your chosen item.
Measurements by pants style
| Style | Most useful measurements | Visible details |
|---|---|---|
| Jeans | Waist, rise, inseam and leg opening | Wash, distressing, embroidery and pockets |
| Cargos | Waist, inseam and thigh width | Pocket placement, closures and seams |
| Sweatpants | Waist range, length and cuff width | Drawstring, elastic, print and cuffs |
| Shorts | Waist, rise and outseam | Hem, lining and pocket depth |
How to avoid a size surprise
- Measure a comparable pair laid flat and use the same measurement method as the seller’s chart.
- Check whether the listing price or fabric changes with a selected colorway or size.
- If an agent order reaches the warehouse, compare the size tag and visible details with the paid option before parcel submission.
A silhouette name is less useful than actual waist, rise and leg measurements. The mixed haul’s two denim fits illustrates that difference, while our fiber-label article helps interpret the material claim separately.
Pants spreadsheet questions
Is waist size enough to choose jeans?
Usually no. Rise, inseam and leg shape change how a pair wears even when the waist number matches.
Can QC photos confirm a pants measurement?
A standard photo may show the label and shape. Ask whether a measured photo is available if a particular length or width is essential.
