Understand the two-part order
On LoveGoBuy, you first choose the item and submit an agent order. The agent purchases it from a seller in China, then the seller sends it to the warehouse. After warehouse inspection, you choose what to include in an international parcel, select a route and pay the parcel's shipping charge. The item payment and international freight are separate decisions.
This site's product cards only help you discover items and open external product pages. Clicking a card does not submit a LoveGoBuy order. If you are using an agent order, confirm that the service can buy and ship the exact item you selected. Check the item options, order amount and delivery stages in your own order record before paying.

Record the exact item before paying
A product name alone is not enough to identify an order. Save the seller URL, selected color and size, quantity, displayed price, domestic shipping charge and a screenshot of the variant selector. A listing can change while an agent is purchasing, and similar-looking versions can have different materials or measurements.
For clothing, compare the seller's measurements with an item that already fits you; a letter size is a weak substitute. For shoes, check the size system and whether the listing shows an insole length. For electronics and perfume, ask whether the item and its battery or liquid can travel on an available route to your country before paying. The order's real total includes more than the item price.
If you are still deciding how to keep a shortlist, read the directory versus worksheet comparison. For a shoe order, our US, EU and foot-length analysis helps identify what the selected size number means before you record it.

The agent journey in four stages
- 01
Choose and pay for the item. Confirm the link, color, size, quantity and domestic delivery details before submitting an agent order.
- 02
Wait for warehouse arrival. The agent purchases from the seller; when the item reaches the warehouse, review its order status and inspection images.
- 03
Decide what to ship. You may combine stored items, choose packaging and a route, then pay the international shipping charge shown for your parcel.
- 04
Track the parcel. Follow the parcel record and respond quickly if the carrier or customs requests information.

Make a decision when the item reaches the warehouse
Warehouse arrival is the point to compare the received item with your paid order. Open the photos, check the quantity, color, labels and visible condition, and raise a specific issue while the item is still in China. A generic “looks wrong” message is harder to resolve than “the size label says 42; my order says 43.”
If the photos are unclear, ask what further inspection is available and whether it has a fee. If the item is wrong or damaged, check the seller's return terms immediately. Once an item is placed into an international parcel, a domestic return may no longer be practical. See the QC guide and return guide for those decisions.

What a first-time user should check
Before paying, write down the exact item variant, the seller’s return terms, an estimated parcel weight and your destination. Before submitting the parcel, inspect the warehouse photos and route restrictions. These two checks happen at different points and may have different remedies.

Treat parcel submission as a second checkout
Paying for the goods does not pay for delivery to your country. At parcel submission, review the destination address, included items, route restrictions, packaging, actual or estimated weight, optional insurance and the international freight charge. A cheap item can become expensive after a bulky parcel or import charges are added.
Keep the order and parcel numbers in one place. If tracking pauses, use the parcel record to identify whether the next action belongs to the seller, warehouse, carrier or customs. This directory cannot see those private records. Use the status and parcel details recorded for your own order to work out the next action.
