LoveGoBuy Warehouse QC: Inspect Your Order Before Shipping

When your item reaches the LoveGoBuy warehouse, compare its order photos with the size, color and quantity you paid for. This checklist helps you inspect visible condition, ask for missing views and decide whether to ship or raise a problem.

Applies to: A LoveGoBuy item that has arrived at the warehouse and has not been dispatched.

01 / GETTING STARTED

Open the photos for the correct warehouse item

Start with the warehouse item attached to your paid order. Match its order number, selected size, color and quantity before reviewing the photos. If several similar items have arrived, keep each image set with its own record so a photo of one unit is not used to approve another.

Place the paid order details beside the warehouse images. Check the whole item first, then labels and close-ups. If the record has no clear image of a required detail, note that gap and ask for the missing view before making a dispatch decision.

Our QC preview and own-order photo analysis explores the difference in evidence. The small mixed-parcel review gives one buyer’s concrete complaint about inconsistent photo angles.

Identify the missing view or measurement

List the details you need before approving dispatch. If a garment’s size tag is visible but its dimensions are uncertain, ask whether the warehouse can photograph a chest-width or length measurement. If only one shoe is shown, request the other shoe and its label. For a set, verify the number of pieces; for a bag, check straps, closures and included accessories. Ask about availability, charges and timing before requesting an additional service.

A useful request names the item and the exact view: “Please show the zipper and lining for order X,” rather than “send better QC.” A photo request also has limits: it cannot establish authenticity, long-term durability or functional performance. If your decision depends on a test rather than a visible detail, ask whether that test is offered and what it covers. Keep the response with your order before deciding whether to ship or pursue a return.

A practical photo checklist

Identity and variant

Compare the model, color, size label and included pieces with the order you submitted.

Visible condition

Check the front, back, seams, print, hardware and packaging. Zoom in on damage or stains.

Photos cannot prove authenticity, exact fit or long-term performance. Warehouse photos generally cannot show how a garment fits or whether an electronic device works under use. Ask for clarification before parcel submission if a detail is missing.

What to inspect by product type

  • Shoes: compare both sides, outsole, heel, size label and any visible glue or stitching issue. A photo cannot confirm how the shoe fits.
  • Clothing: check the front and back, size tag, print placement, seams and the number of pieces in a set. Ask for measurements when the listing's size chart is ambiguous.
  • Bags and accessories: inspect hardware, straps, zips and included parts. A close-up of one corner cannot show the condition of the whole item.
  • Electronics and fragrance: verify the model or label and packaging, but do not infer battery health, electrical function, scent or authenticity from a photo.

Use the seller listing and your paid order as the comparison, not a photo from another buyer. Lighting and camera angle can shift color, so describe a suspected mismatch and ask for a clearer image where available.

05 / GETTING STARTED

If the warehouse item looks wrong

Save the order number and images, describe the mismatch precisely, and contact the agent while the item is still in the warehouse. Do not submit it for international shipping until you understand the available return or exchange route. Read returns and refunds for eligibility questions.

How to ask for a useful follow-up

Start with the order number and one observable point: “Please photograph the left shoe's size label,” or “My order is navy, but the warehouse image appears black; please confirm the seller's color name.” Attach the relevant order screenshot. Ask whether a supplementary photo or measurement is possible, how long it takes and whether it costs extra.

Keep the item out of the international parcel while the issue is unresolved. If the received variant is clearly different or visibly damaged, ask support which return path applies before the seller window closes. Save the response and photos with the order record; they are more useful than a vague screenshot of a directory card.
